Bobby El-issa has described a decision by Racing NSW stewards to suspend him for four months, as a 'disgrace.'
Stewards served the ban after finding him guilty of not giving Soul Testa a ‘full opportunity to win or to obtain the best possible place,' at Goulburn on March 17.
The Ron Quinton-trained three-year-old was a $5.50 third favourite, and finished sixth in the Goulburn Express Freight Maiden Handicap (R4) over 1600m.
After riding at Wyong on Tuesday, El-issa took to twitter to express his disappointment, finishing the post with '#disgrace.' He has also lodged an appeal.

The stewards report stated a poor record, that being his fourth offence under rule AR135(b) and fifth offence 'in respect to the running and handling rules,' contributed to the suspension.
El-issa’s time on the sidelines will commence this Sunday, and expire on September 21. A date for his appeal is yet to be set.
