Flemington Race 7, No 3 DOLLAR FOR DOLLAR
Has been very well placed throughout his wins over the spring and this looks another very winnable assignment. Freshened up and back to 1400m which he's unbeaten at, the Sandown Stakes winner has proved this toughness and his ability to sustain a long sprint when saved up from a good alley. It's a field that looks to lack depth and he draws for a charmed run. The bet of the day at HQ at what looks a pretty generous quote. $3.40.
Randwick Race 4, No 7 ARGENT D'OR
Showed good speed in his first trial leading into this prep in a good heat and topped it off with a nice piece of work under his own steam last week. Loves the Randwick circuit this galloper and can produce a run fresh. This isn't the strongest race and whilst he'll need the tempo to suit he showed as much upside as any of these in his last campaign. Looks a good each way price to find out in this field of eight. $9.00.

Had plenty of excuses at Randwick after her freshen up (over-raced and her tongue over the bit) but her previous form reads extremely well for a race of this nature.
