Race 4, No. 1 NEW TIME
The old boy will be having his 100th start today and what better way to celebrate then with a victory at Ascot, a track that he has had an incredible 47 starts at. He knocks into a very suitable race and will be able to get across and lead from the draw, he's always tough and goes well first up. Lets all have our fingers crossed for a fairytale 100th start for this 10 year old gelding.
Race 2, No. 9 TIPS AND SCANDALS
Drawn terribly, but I can't figure out why she's $21. Her two starts to date have been more then ok, running 4th on debut and 3rd last time out at Northam. Having her first run back from a spell, she's had a trial win to tune up for this and I think she's excellent each way value, we just need a touch of luck from the gate.
The wizard William Pike will ride the favourite in 5 of the 8 races today, so we can expect at least a double from the champ.
Race 2, No. 11 BROWSING
