Race 7, No. 7 PERCIEVE
Going with the fairy tale here with Brad Parnham to ride a winner with his first rice back. This bloke has been racing really well, last time out being beaten under a length by Divine Shadow. Should get a decent price for this Parnham father/son galloper.
Race 2, No. 6 GREY DANCER
I thought this girl was pretty good on debut and they've thrown up $13 today which looks a silly price. Gets in with just 54kg's today and should improve from her first race outing, worth an each way ticket.
Great to see Brad Parnham back in the saddle after a long injury forced lay off. He's got the two rides today for his old man Neville, in Percieve in race 7 and Athlete in race 8.
Race 2, No. 10 AMELIA'S CONTRAIRE
Simon Miller trained 3yo filly who started $1.70 favourite on debut before disappointing. Makes her return today and they have backed her from $3.50 into $2.40 clear race favourite.
Leg 1: 1,2,3,4,5,11
Leg 2: 1,2,3,5
Leg 3: 2,7,8
Leg 4: 1,3,6,9
$72 gets him 25%
Race 1: 4,3,2,5 (Tough way to kick things off, Return To Oz has won both of his latest lead up trials and looks ready to go first up)
Race 2: 6,7,10,9 (BOLTER)
Race 3: 1,3,2,4 (BEST BET)
Race 4: 2,3,7,10 (Sugar Cain was excellent winning last time out, rock hard fit and can repeat the dose)
Race 5: 2,4,1,9 (Onya Head didn't quite see out the 2000m, back to 1700m looks ideal)
Race 6: 1,2,3,5 (Even race at the top here, with 4 really good chances, Melteme and Heavenly Affair both have their hoof on the til)
Race 7: 7,8,2,9 (BEST BET)
Race 8: 9,3,6,11 (Point Taken is very much ready to win, will need a little bit of luck but will still be hard to beat)
