Race 7, No. 3 HAMMERSTEIN
Was left flat footed here last start when the sprint came on but still worked home well. Comes out of a good form race two starts back when he was nabbed late by Civil Disobedience (won at Flemington next start) and he had nearly 3 lengths on Rokda Kasba (won at Sandown last week). He's back to a BM58, draws well and Michael Walker takes the ride.
Race 10, No. 3 BELCIELO
Has worked home really well in his first two starts this prep over 1200m. Generally takes a few runs to hit his straps and is much better suited out to 1500m here, a track and trip he's had success at. He's been competitive in stronger races as recent as last prep and can settle closer over this distance from barrier 1. Each way bet in the last at $8.
No. 5 AURORA MISS isn't in great touch at the moment but you'd she can put in a much better performance back in class and with her record at this track and trip reading 6:2-2-1.
Race 4, No. 6 RED WHITE AND BLUE
Well named first starter from the Mick Price yard and it's the only one they've come for so far in this race. $2.70 into $1.85.
Leg 1: 3
Leg 2: 2,3,7,8,10,11
Leg 3: 1,4,5,12
