Hawkesbury trials – March 14

INSIDE GRASS, GOOD 4

THE TOP PERFORMANCES

Ht 2. FLYS AWAY (SCOTT SINGELTON)

Settled on the back of the leaders and hooked out to challenge and did best over the final stages. Now had two trials after failing at her last start in November but usually races very well fresh. Suited at the provincials.

Ht 4. SANS CLICHÉ (JOHN THOMPSON)

Big striding type by Domesday who covered some ground throughout the trial but responded to riding to finish off well and wear the early leader down. Was strong on the line and looks certain to improve when the races get longer.

Ht 8. THIRD SYMPHONY (DOMINIC BRACKS)

Unraced Choisir filly who has looked good in both trial wins. Jumped straight to the front and was always in control of the heat and won with plenty in reserve. Won a trail in October in similar fashion. Looks suited in a provincial maiden.

Ht 9. WILLIAMSON (WANDA INGS)

Led throughout in this heat and was too good for his opposition and recorded ...
