G1X is passionate about horse racing and providing racing enthusiasts, newcomers and the public generally with greater access to the horse racing industry through news, videos, education, events and experiences.
To enable us to conduct research we may share your information with third party suppliers employed to help. All results of any such research and analysis will be anonymised or aggregated information and will not reveal any personal details of individual customers.
Where possible we collect your personal information directly from you. For example, if you have subscribed to be a member of our website, subscribed to receive a newsletter, entered one of our competitions or promotions, participated in one of our surveys or sent us an enquiry we may have collected your name, email address, contact details and your responses/queries. 3. If at this stage the matter has not been resolved to your satisfaction, the matter will be referred to a senior manager within G1X. We will provide you with the name and contact details of the officer who will investigate your complaint, answer your questions and do all they can to assist you.
